First time seeing Dr. Ford, very nice man. He has recommended eye surgery and I trust him. I have some family friends that have been going to see him and has done eye surgery on the older son with good results. Also has done cataract on the parents. Glad he is going to fix my vision and some other doctors just suggested eye drops or get new glasses. Very glad I had the opportunity to meet him at last. (Took about 6 months to get in to see him.) Thank you, Doctor Ford and looking forward to a good surgery.
I was completely surprised from the moment I walked in until right no, sitting here, with both cataracts dissolved and lenses put it.Their sign in is simple and easy and they are very much on time. The personnel, staff, nurses, doctors, are all wonderfully upbeat and go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. The testing is the most thorough I have had and I'm so grateful to have the professional knowledge I was given on my eyes at age 65. Dr. Ko was amazing. I had both eyes done for cataracts and I can already see in high definition and no sepia brown shades. For those of you who are concerned about cataract procedures, it is never painful nor is there any dramatic surgery involved. I believe each eye was 10 minutes to do and it's a matter of keeping track of eye drops. I suggest you get them done and get them done at Eye Associates. I'll be getting new glasses there, too. (I opted for a simple lens replacement for distance)
Surprisingly, I was able to get an appointment in in about a week. They check in process is simple and the wait is not long. A medical tech took me to several rooms, explaining each test as she went along. When the doctor (in my case: Dr. Kato) arrived, he examined my eyes and provided advice. Simple, efficient and confidence inspiring.
Staff are all professional, polite, friendly and seem to always be smiling. Wait times are well within reason even on a crowded day. Overall my experiences with Eye Associates have been excellent.
