My appointment was Monday, December 4, 2023. They took me on time. The Medical staff was pleasant and efficient. Since I had knee replacement surgery a few weeks ago, I am still using a walker. The medical staff made sure she moved my walker to me to ensure my safety when I moved to the next room to see the doctor. Dr. Kato was thorough and answered all my questions. I was pleased with the exam. When it was time to leave the office Dr. Kato and his assistant had forgotten that I was using a walker and left the room leaving my walker across the room from where I was sitting. I understand that this was unusual circumstances, but I wanted to point it out for future patients.
