I went in to get glasses and they found a problem with my left eye that I had no knowledge of. The Dr. Took the time to explain what it was and calmed my fears. They are great and I'm looking forward to going in to finally get my glasses. I highly recommend them.

Dr Ford was professional, answered all questions, made sure I understood everything. The nurses and techs were also professional and made sure I understood everything they were doing.

Very thorough visit

Everything went fine, did an early morning appointment and was in and out pretty quick. I only complaint is finding a seat when checking in, then having to find a different seat once I paid and returned to the first waiting room. I would prefer to be sent back to fords waiting area after paying and not be forced to hope that another seat is available in the main waiting room.

Apparently I need cataract surgery and you went over the procedure with me. I've got some decisions to make and thank goodness I have up to six months to schedule the procedure. Dr Bui has been my Opthalmolgist for more than 12 yrs, treating me for glaucoma, cataracts and general vision issues. He is truly exceptional in every regard - skill, professionalism and concern for his patients. He takes time to review exams with you and advise on any continued treatment. Eye Associates and staff are also top notch and complement any visit with Dr Bui.

I had a great experience with Dr. Ford. I had been having eye pain for about a month, and he was able to figure out what was going on very quickly. He was very nice, took his time explaining everything, and answered all my questions. I’m really glad I was able to see him and would definitely recommend him!
