This was a great experience! The establishment was nice, spacious, and clean. I just wish they would tell you that its open around 7:15 or so. That way, you dont have to wait until 8am (your appointment time) to check in. I waited in my car until about 7:50AM, only to find out people were checking in well before. Im not sure if they schedule multiple people at the same time but it seemed like it goes by whoever gets there first for the time slot. Other than that, it was a great experience! Dr. Trafton was nice. Not super duper chatty and personable if youre looking for that but he was nice and explained what was going on with my eye. I would recommend my friend and family here.

Seen promptly and welcomed at the time of my appointment. Efficient and professional intake by technician and taken to exam room for evaluation and subsequent discussion of options. Dr Ford was very thorough and professional!

The wait time was very short, the technician who tested my vision was very pleasant and competent , and Dr. Kato was as always helpful and courteous. I wouldn't go to anyone else. An excellent facility.
