I needed to come in to ask about a cyst on my eyeball. I was able to get an appointment in a week from when I called. Very hard to get ahold of by phone. The doctor checked my eye and said it was OK as long as the cyst didn't hurt or effect my vision. Could be surgically removed if needed,

I am very satisfied with Eye Associates and Dr Louie. My cataract surgery was very successful.

My technician, Linda, was very courteous and caring. She was very knowledgeable explained procedures well, and skilled at performing the procedures before I was seen by the Dr.The Dr. was also. Everyone I encountered had excellent customer service skills. Overall I had a great experience.
