Their intake process has gotten better- doesn't seem to take as long as it did a couple of years ago- staff friendly and courteous. Dr. Kato is always professional and personable.

I like Dr. Ko and her nurses; they are professional and nice to patients. I got my appointment very soon when I had eye issues. The people in front desk are also nice and helpful. Appreciate their help!!
