The professionals are professional. The staff really needs work on their people skills. Somehow they think patients are convicts not customers.

A very pleasant experience. The office staff was very cordial and professional. Dr. Wood was quite personable and knowledgeable and his assistant was very thorough in documenting my complex case for his reference. This office was a longer drive and not as glamorous as the larger practice in Tallahassee, but they could schedule me much sooner and I will gladly pay return.
