Had yearly eye exam. Chris greeted me with a beautiful smile and said I had a credit. No payment required. Next, Stephen helped me go through all the tests and dilation. Very kind he was. Then Dr. Wood came in, discussed all the results. Jeff checked my glasses to see if i needed a new prescription. Left their office, feeling very well cared for! Excellent service!

It was a long day but the Customer Service was exceptional. With all the steps I had to go through as a new Customer through Surgery Scheduling, wait times were not too bad. Eye Associates is a large Clinic, but very well organized.
