I was seen on time and did not have to wait beyond my appointment time. Staff was social and friendly and professional. My eye doctor was attentive and listened. I was satisfied with my visit.

They were very good, efficient, and very qualified. HOWEVER, one problem: they took too long on calling us in for the examination. Took nearly an hour. Otherwise, very efficient. Their site is very comfortable and pleasant.

Wait time is much improvement the last two times I have had an appointment. Staff is much more friendly. Front desk is much more efficient. Great job!

Have been a patient here for many years with Dr. Jerry Ford as my provider. Excellent care from all the staff and always is an efficient, service oriented practice.
