They are very efficient! They did not seem to be that busy and I was there for 2 hours! But very happy with the staff!

Dr Ford has been my Doc for many years. He is always warm, professional, and kind. The optical store is amazing. More options of cool frames, super staff- informative, kind, cheerful - who work to find the best glasses at the best price. Also, warranty on glasses was a good deal. The helpfulness of the technician made all the difference.

Everyone that works there is friendly. Dr. Ford is very nice, makes me feel comfortable, is gentle doing anything with my eyes. I have never had a bad experience with him over the past several years. Never.
