Dr. Weaver is an exceptional ophthalmologist, skilled, practical, and incredibly knowledgeable.
This was my first visit. I am impressed with this facility & Dr Louie. She is very thorough & knowledgeable.
Friendly staff and professional atmosphere. Ensures that all of my eye care issues are monitored and that eye pressure levels remain at the required level to avoid potential permanent damaged to my eyes. Correlates with Primary Care eye doctor in between annual visits as well to ensure the integrity of my vision.

Dr. Bui perfomed glacoma and cataract surgery on both eyes which will save my vision and improved vision from 20/80 to 20/30 no longer sensitive to light, no longer need my sunglasses or any glasses to drive, thanks dr. Bui

Dr. Louie and Dr. Petrovich have been incredible throughout my journey with some very challenging medical conditions affecting my vision. Since my symptoms and lab results haven't pointed to a clear diagnosis, finding answers has been a difficult process, and I've been referred from one physician to another. Through it all, the care, compassion, and professionalism I've received at Eye Associates of North Florida have been nothing short of exceptional. They have taken the time to listen, thoroughly evaluate my condition, and genuinely care about finding the best path forward. I had implants back in 1994 with Dr Weaver he is the kindest Doctor I have met. Beside my primary Dr Hogan. I hadn’t been to an eye doctor since. He was at the round building over on centerville back then. I just now 34 yrs later am having to be rechecked due to some dryness in my eye. I have to say that Dr. Wood is a very polite and caring I have not had a bad experience with anyone there. Enjoyed my visit. Thank You all Staff for your help. Thank You All.

The entire experience at Eye Associates of North Florida was seamless, pleasant, and smooth, as it always seems to be. Each member of the staff that I encountered was very kind and professional, and Dr. Ko is as good as they come… the perfect blend of competence and empathy. I feel very fortunate to be a patient of hers, and couldn’t imagine going anywhere other than Eye Associates of North Florida.
Dr. Louie has been phenomenal in managing my care over the last year and a half. I’ve never had a bad experience. All staff and providers have been professional and kind.
A big thank you to Stacy! I was in town when my glasses broke and she kindly repaired them for me. I was so appreciative of her help! My family members have used eye associates for glasses, exams and cataract surgery. Wonderful experience for them as well. I will definitely be using eye associates in the future!

Everyone was efficient and knowledgeable. Dr. Bui took his time and explained what he thought I needed and I felt confident in his decision. I would only say that I wasn’t prepared for how long the different exams would take but not a big deal.

Dr. Louie is the best. She not only fixed my cataracts and gave me back visual acuity I hadn’t had since third grade OK, so third grade was a little while ago —65 years to be precise) but another ophthalmologist in town told me that if he ever needs cataract surgery, she is his first choice. You don’t get better recommendations than that.
My first appointment with the eye center was flawless. Everyone was kind, patient and professional. The Wait time was minimal. Maybe 5 minutes. The receptionist s was very thorough and helpful. C. J.Made me feel at ease. She was Kind, friendly thorough and very professional. Dr. Weaver was also very nice. He was direct and to the point. No fluff, which I liked. . Great place! Everyone there were super fast and very helpful and sweet. The only problem I had was my insurance covered the visit, but not my glasses so I have to take my prescription somewhere else.
Dr. Jerry Ford is the best. However, I think that you guys need to get Cartier glass frames. I will be the first in line to buy some of those. That’s the only thing missing in your optical center or Cartier’s.
