This was my first time at Eye Associate's of North Florida. Everything moved quickly and was very smooth. Service from everyone was excellent. Facility is beautiful.

I waited less than 5 minutes before I was called for my appointment. Everyone was very friendly and professional and my session with Dr. Ford was excellent, as usual.

Dr , and his aide Sebastian, were very professional, knowledgeable and respectful.All other technicians who administered various tests were also quite polite.There was about an hour wait as the office had been closed on Monday due to the storm. The doctor was very thorough in providing details of my pending surgery and answered all of my questions.
