My appointment went well. The worst part of my visit was when I had to wait for 25 minutes to pick up the prescription for my glasses. There has to be a more efficient way to get prescriptions than waiting in the eye glass center. The folk working there was busy fitting customers with glasses, so the people waiting on prescriptions were just hanging out until someone thought about the prescriptions on the printer. That was a huge waste of my time.

Eye Associates got me in for an emergency appointment the same day I called. Dr Trafton was amazing as always. Highly skilled, professional and nice. Thank you all for my great care.Dr Marci Beck
