very efficient, don't let you sit around. Dr. Kato is Great and always gives great care. Makes sure my primary gets a letter (I have diabetes) in time. Would recommend him!

Love this practice! Staff are friendly, knowledgeable and caring. Service is efficient and professional. Love the doctor and highly recommend to anyone in the Quincy area.

I generally expect to have a long wait when I have a Drs appointment but to my surprise this office was the exception. I was greeted as I came in and promptly checked it. The staff was very helpful and seemed to actually care about the patients. My exam went smoothly and my surgery was scheduled that day before I left. It seems that having enough staff really does help for a smoother running operation. Kudos!
