Dr. Ford is always very professional as in all of his team.
Everyone was efficient and knowledgeable. Dr. Bui took his time and explained what he thought I needed and I felt confident in his decision. I would only say that I wasn’t prepared for how long the different exams would take but not a big deal.
Dr Strickland is great and so are the rest of the staff - professional and friendly!

Dr. Louis was very thorough and detected an issue that has been ignored by other health professionals. I’m grateful for the staff being prompt with scheduling a needed procedure and the honesty of details of the procedure. Plus the facility is fabulous !!!!

Dr. Louie is the best. She not only fixed my cataracts and gave me back visual acuity I hadn’t had since third grade OK, so third grade was a little while ago —65 years to be precise) but another ophthalmologist in town told me that if he ever needs cataract surgery, she is his first choice. You don’t get better recommendations than that.
My first appointment with the eye center was flawless. Everyone was kind, patient and professional. The Wait time was minimal. Maybe 5 minutes. The receptionist s was very thorough and helpful. C. J.Made me feel at ease. She was Kind, friendly thorough and very professional. Dr. Weaver was also very nice. He was direct and to the point. No fluff, which I liked. . Great place! Everyone there were super fast and very helpful and sweet. The only problem I had was my insurance covered the visit, but not my glasses so I have to take my prescription somewhere else.
Dr. Jerry Ford is the best. However, I think that you guys need to get Cartier glass frames. I will be the first in line to buy some of those. That’s the only thing missing in your optical center or Cartier’s.

My appointment went very well. Everyone I encountered was professional yet friendly. This office runs like a well oiled machine, but very personalized to each patient. Everything was explained clearly, I was given oral instructions along with written instructions and I was very satisfied with my visit.
I come for an annual eye exam every 3-5 yrs. Reception is great, Intake is great. Examiners are great. Dr. Ford is great. Everything was great!

I went to the appointment early and they were able get me in and out. Dr. Strickland is a great doctor and listens well to her patients. She able to talk to her patients in normal speech not doctor terms.
Dr. Weaver is always kind and competent. He always gives advice to me by saying, “here’s what I would do if you were my sister.” That is a comfort to me because I believe he has my best outcome in mind when developing my treatment plan. I highly recommend him.
Dr. Ford is an exceptional ophthalmologist! I recommend him to anyone seeking a caring eye doctor who makes you feel welcome and pays great attention to the many details of your eye health. That has always been my experience. At 80 years of age I am thankful that Dr. Ford continues to keep my vision sharp and my eyes healthy.

Dr. Bui does a good job of both explaining your condition, the options you have if any and then listens to your concerns with further details on what can be done to address them. The offices are run very professionally as well.
